The moon was high and bright in the sky shining brighter than a thousand stars, stars twinkling up in the night sky showing that even when there was darkness, there will always be light. Hope.
(Y/n) walked around the town aimlessly, not even knowing where she was. A castle could be seen ahead of her, tall yet eerie as if foretelling of future misfortune. Looking away from the castle that housed the royal family, (Y/n) walked forward and stared in front of her. She seemed normal to this world. (H/L) (H/C) hair that shined under the moonlight, plumb red kissable lips just begged to be bitten, and the rest of her figure was normal, even her (E/C) shining eyes. Though there was something off about the girl, was it her blank and emotionless face? Or was it the mysterious aura that she seemed to give off but barely anyone noticing? No one knew, and they will never find out.
Finally arriving at the outskirts of the kingdom, (Y/n) looked around at the green grass and trees ahead and decided to move ahead into the unknown. As she entered the luscious green forest the sun began to rise as the sun turned the sky a beautiful shade of pink and yellow mixed together.
The sun's morning rays shone down onto the forest as the leaves from the tree branches protected those below but a little light seeped through the gaps of the leaves in the process.
Finally reaching a clearing, (Y/n) looked ahead and sighed in relief as she found a tavern. It was tall and weird looking with the roof a bright yellow and the wood painted a mellow green. Hearing her stomach grumble, (Y/n) decided to head inside the tavern in search of something to satisfy her hunger.
Walking closer to the tavern was when she finally noticed the three knights standing outside and talking to a short golden-haired male. Deciding to just walk away, (Y/n) headed back to the kingdom she left, but before she could fully turn around she could see a white-haired female running away, and with a pig after her. The knights soon noticed this too and also an after them, and even the short kid did as well.
Walking closer to the tavern, she walked inside and noticed the empty surrounding. Shrugging, (Y/n) walked over to the counter and noticed that the bartender was also gone, there was not a soul left there. Hearing her stomach grumble again (Y/n) groaned in annoyance and walked out of the tavern and into the forest where she saw everyone running off to, though not before closing the door.
Inside the forest, she could hear shouts resonate throughout the forest and then saw the leader of the knights get knocked off the cliff. Though, fate had another road. The knight was caught before he could fall off the cliff. The person that caught him ignoring the three presences behind her, and placed the knight onto the ground softly.
Turning around at the three, her eyes were blank, the air was getting thick- looking down at her stomach the sound of it grumbling could be heard as (Y/n) shyly looked up and rubbed her neck in embarrassment.
"Yeah... are you the owner of that tavern over there?" Pointing at the obvious bright tavern that could be seen a mile away, (Y/n) asked him as she looked at the short kid. Meliodas smiled as he pointed at himself with his thumb, "Sure am! Wanted somethin'?" Meliodas asked her in a proud tone as he looked back at her with his bright eyes, though (Y/n) noticed something, there were no emotions. How did she know this? It takes an empty person to know an empty person.
"Well... I'm hungry, so I want food. That's it." (Y/n) answered bluntly as she stuffed her hands into her pockets. Meliodas laughed as he nodded, "Will do! Just give me some time..." Meliodas mumbled to the last part, though (Y/n) didn't pay attention and began to rummage around her pockets in search for some money, though found none.
Frowning, (Y/n) began to search more as she paid less attention to the three and the arriving old man and continued to search in every possible place for some money, though found none. Sighing in defeat, (Y/n) looked over at the male but instead of finding the male, she found an attack from the old dude.
The dust covered everyone's eyesight as Elizabeth coughed, though the dust soon cleared up as both she and the two she met today were bundled up in the ground successfully avoiding the attack from Sir Twigo, but where was the woman that came up to them?
"Um, sir? Where is that girl? Did she escape in time?" Elizabeth asked Meliodas as she looked around to find the said girl, though find no one as she started to panic. "The girl? Oh, you mean that one! Yeah, I think she was hit." Meliodas said in a relaxed tone, though he was slightly panicking.
"You idiot! How could you just let a girl die like that! We're murderers! Murderers I tell you!" Hawks exclaimed as he began to let out shouts to his mama. Meliodas chuckled nervously as he shook his head, "You know, she might still be alive. We haven't seen her dead yet so I guess that's a good sign, right?" Meliodas asked the two as he turned towards where Elizabeth was, but she wasn't there anymore.
Looking up, Meliodas saw Elizabeth walking towards the knight as a brave yet scared expression was seen on her face. "The only way to end this safely was if I gave up and allowed him to take me away. I can't let you get caught in my mess because of me, both you and Hawks have treated me with nothing but kindness. This is the only peaceful solution..." Elizabeth declared as she walked closer to Sir Twigo, though he had different plans than to just let her live.
Though, before Sir Twigo could attack the walking female, the movement of the wind changed as something could be felt touching his stomach lightly and very soon, very painfully, and he exploded into guts as it could be seen going up towards the sky.
All three of them quickly looked at the person responsible for this as they saw the girl earlier unscratched as her clothes were torn with a stupid smile on her face. "Sorry kid, but I don't have any money on me so I'll just go." (Y/n) groaned as her stomach began to make noises.
Meliodas went up to her as he hugged her waist. "Wait! It'll be in the house!" Meliodas exclaimed as he turned the girl over towards where Elizabeth and Hawks were. "Oh, okay, sure." (Y/n) answered as she gave the shorter male a thumbs up as Meliodas smiled. "Great! Come on, everyone!" Meliodas exclaimed and began to drag the poor female behind him with the other two following.
˜"*°•.˜"*°• ------ •°*"˜.•°*"˜
"So you're Meliodas, the Dragon sin of Wrath?" Inside the bright-colored tavern sat a (H/C)-haired female as she drank her 20th cup of water yet she still couldn't take away the disgusting taste of the horrible excuse for a roasted goose.
Meliodas nodded happily as he sat next to the (H/C)-haired girl with Elizabeth on her other side and Hawks on the floor. "Yep! In the flesh!" Pointing to himself he took another swing of his booze and glanced at the girl beside him once in a while.
"Though, what's with the title? Am I supposed to know you?" (Y/n) asked Meliodas in a blunt voice. Everyone in the room sweat-dropped as Elizabeth quickly looked at (Y/n) with a questioning expression. "You don't know who he is?" Elizabeth asked (Y/n) as Hawks also looked surprised. (Y/n) shrugged as she gulped down another cup, "Nope, some kind of magician or something?" Everyone looked at her in surprise but after their little silent moment, Melioas burst out into a fit of laughter.
"Um, no, he's the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins." Elizabeth said, trying to explain to the also confused female about who they were, though failed. "What's that? A guild or something?" (Y/n) asked again, though this time Elizabeth just sighed and shook her head.
"Have you been living under a rock?! The Seven Deadly Sins are known and the most dangerous group of people, each having their own sins that they gained through committing only the most heinous of crimes. They were the ones who protected Liones until they were framed for murdering Gran Master Zaratras, though Elizabeth here-! Hey, are you even listening?!" Hawks exclaimed at the bored female. (Y/n) just sighed and looked down at the pig. "No, it was longer than 20 words, why would I even listen?" Yelling in outrage Hawks began to talk back at (Y/n) until a familiar voice spoke up.
"So, (Y/n), want to help us gather the Seven Deadly Sins together and protect Liones?" Meliodas asked her, though (Y/n) just looked at him blankly before her eyes started to shine. "So that's what that place was called. I thought everyone just called it Lions." (Y/n) mumbled as she took the other cup that was filled with water.
Meliodas again sweatdropped and shook his head with a nervous smile. "So, do you want to, or not?" Meliodas again asked the girl beside him. Awaiting her answer, 30 seconds past and that 30 seconds soon turned into 5 minutes until (Y/n) realized that he wanted her to answer.
"Oh, um, sure I guess." Meliodas smiled widely as he again hugged the (H/C)-haired female as Elizabeth joined in too. "Thanks! I promise you won't regret it!"
He lied, you were going to regret it. Why you may ask? You missed ten discount sales in total in your time with them those couple of hours and soon, you'll miss out on more deals. Yeah, you regretted it.
